Body, Food and Ayurveda by Arvind Yadav
Arvind Yadav, born in India is an experienced Ayurveda Consultant. He actively participated in conducting Panchakarma Therapies for weight loss, stress and general wellbeing.
He has given seminars on basic principles of Ayurveda and Meditation in Argentina, Mexico, India and the U.S. He has also developed Dosha specific Teas and Curries, based on the Ayurveda science to balance each Dosha type.
Arvind is fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and works based in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area where he shares his passion, expertise and knowledge in the science of Ayurveda.
His aim through this book is to provide knowledge on Ayurveda and nutrition including the properties of the food ingredients and spices a simple easy to understand language.
