Pure Turmeric

Turmeric is good for all doshas, bitter, astringent and pungent in nature and having hot and pungent post digestive effect. It is light and dry. It balances the three doshas but in excess it unbalances vata and pitta. 

Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory spice beneficial in conditions like in flatulence, menstrual difficulties, bloody urine, hemorrhage, toothache, bruises, chest pain and colic. Helps in blood purification and circulation.
